The journey of Utica Coffee Roasting Co. began in 2002 when our founder and president, Frank Elias, saw the potential in the Genesee Street location and the surrounding area. With a vision to source and roast the world's finest coffee, he set out to transform the space into a bustling cafe, with the help of his partner, Heather Elias.
